Welcome to Hyde Park's newest restaurant-Park 52. Open only a week, but receiving rave reviews, is another Jerry Kleiner (restaurateur extraordinaire) success story. Jerry Kleiner is not new to creating fun and exciting restaurants in Chicago; Opera, Red Light, Carnivale and Room 21-to mention a few.
Located at 5201 S. Harper Ct., patrons can expect a fun-filled enviroment with an "American Bistro" menu (quite affordable), and party later at the Checker Board "Blues/Jazz" lounge (in the same building). This is a long-awaited addition to the Hyde Park community as many residents (new and old) were having to drive down town for a good restaurant.
Close to the University of Chicago, I'm sure it will be a hit and will definitely benefit the homeowners looking to purchase in the Hyde Park community!
