Treasure Island is the latest and greatest grocery store to open in the Hyde Park community and look what they're offering: Market fresh fruits and vegetables, both imported and domestic, including a wide organic selection, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit smoothies and a bountiful salad bar daily. Full-service butcher and fish monger. Trimmed to order top choice and prime meats dry-aged in our specially-built aging room, poultry, fish and seafood. The closing of the famous Co op, a landmark in the Hyde Park community, is a bag of mixed emotions for some residents in the area. The Co op provided ownership and started out as a unique idea for Hyde Parker's; as early as 75 years ago. However, Treasure Island promises to be the "new" and improved for the 21st century in Hyde Park!
